PreciseGreen® 是一種能結合DNA的苯並噻唑染料，其結構與 PicoGreen® 相同。該試劑是 200× 的DMSO 溶液。該染料是一種特異性識別雙鏈DNA (dsDNA) 的熒光傳感器。使用比色皿熒光計、孔板讀數器和專用 DNA 測量熒光計可以很容易地檢測它在熒光素通道中的吸收和發射。

該染料在低 pg/mL 至高 ng/mL 範圍內對 dsDNA 濃度呈線性響應，並可提供包含定量染料的現配試劑盒。
