H 237，也稱為 N-(4-磺丁基)-4-(6-(4-(二丁基氨基)苯基)六三烯基)吡啶鹽，是一種快速響應的電位敏感探針。 RH237 主要用於神經元膜電位、突觸活動和離子通道活動的成像。然而，該染料也適用於線粒體和心臟細胞的功能活動成像。

RH 237 在甲醇中的最大激發/發射波長分別為 550/786 nm。在細胞膜中，染料的光譜通常藍移約 20 nm（激發峰）和 80 nm（發射峰）。

可使用 1-5 μM 工作濃度作為起始濃度。確切的染料濃度應通過實驗確定。
