BDP R6G is a borondipyrromethene dye with absorption and emission wavelengths close to rhodamine 6G (R6G). BDP R6G is a very bright and photostable dye.

Tetrazine fragment is used in inverse electron demand Diels Alder reaction with trans-cyclooctenes, acylazetines, and other strained olefins.

BDP R6G hydrazide is a borondipyrromethene dye whose absorption and emission spectra resemble R6G. This is a carbonyl-reactive compound.

Cyanine3 tetrazine

Tetrazine derivative of the fluorophore Cyanine3. Tetrazines react extremely quickly with strained alkenes (such as trans-cyclooctenes, cyclopropenes), and some strained alkynes.

BDP FL DBCO is a dye cyclooctyne for copper-free click chemistry reactions with azides. Its absorption and emission wavelengths correspond to those of fluorescein (FAM), but BDP FL is significantly more photostable.
