Sulfo-Cyanine7.5 is an amine derivative of water-soluble, hydrophilic sulfonated Cyanine7.5 dye. The dye is useful as a label for in vivo NIR imaging. The primary amine group can be conjugated with various electrophilic reagents, such as activated carboxylic acid derivatives (for example, NHS, PFP esters), epoxides, and others.
