The QuReader® 1 Green fluorometer contains one fluorescence channel and enables dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, and protein quantitation using fluorescence measuring in green channel. Total compatibility with the QuDye® assays ensure highly sensitive determination of nucleic acids and protein concentrations in the lower pg/uL range.
