BDP R6G is a bright and photostable dye whose absorption and emission spectra are similar to R6G (rhodamine 6G). Unlike the xanthene dye R6G, BDP R6G belongs to the borondipyrromethene class.

This is a terminal alkyne for copper-catalyzed сlick chemistry.
